Terms & Disclaimer

These terms apply to your use of every game by IJ Code Labs (Arrow Escape and Little Diggers for iPhone, and Ashen Worlds for iPhone, iPad and Android, each an "App") and the website games.ijcodelabs.com, provided by Igor Jukic, trading as IJ Code Labs ("we", "us").

Licence

Each App is licensed to you, not sold. On iPhone and iPad, the licence is Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"); these terms add to it, and if anything here conflicts with it, the Standard EULA applies. On Android, these terms are the licence, together with the Google Play Terms of Service, and give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the App on devices linked to your Google Account.

In-app purchases

Arrow Escape

• Duel opponents 1 to 10, two-player duels on one device, online duels and puzzle levels 1 to 15 are free to play.
• Arrow Escape Plus is an optional, one-time in-app purchase that unlocks every duel opponent, unlimited hints, unlimited puzzle levels and fresh random boards. It is not a subscription and does not renew.

Little Diggers

• The whole game, including every machine and upgrade, can be played for free.
• Little Diggers Plus is an optional, one-time in-app purchase that doubles the coins from every find. It is not a subscription and does not renew.

Ashen Worlds

• The tutorial, the first three campaign sectors and skirmish on the Cinder Scar map can be played for free.
• The Ashen Worlds Full Game is an optional, one-time in-app purchase that unlocks the rest of the campaign, the random map generator, additional skirmish maps, AI personalities and online 1v1 matches on iPhone, iPad and Android. It is not a subscription and does not renew. It does not sell combat advantages.

• Prices are shown in the App and on the App Store or Google Play before you buy, and may vary by country.
• On iPhone and iPad, payment is charged to your Apple Account by Apple, and purchases can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple Account. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• On Android, payment is charged to your Google Account by Google, and purchases can be restored on any device signed in with the same Google Account. Refunds are handled by Google under the Google Play refund policies.
• Purchases stay with the store you bought them in: a purchase on the App Store does not unlock an App on Android, and the other way round.

Fair use

Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the Apps, or use them in any unlawful way. The Apps, their content, graphics and names are our property and protected by copyright.

Disclaimer

The Apps are games provided for entertainment only. We work hard to keep them fun and free of bugs, but they are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that saved progress can never be lost. Game progress is stored only on your device and is removed if you delete the App.

We may update, change or discontinue features of the Apps at any time. If a feature included in a paid unlock is ever removed, we will do our best to give you something of equal value.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Apps. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the App and its in-app purchases.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory rights under the laws of the country where you live.

Third parties

Apple and Google are not responsible for the Apps or their content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the Standard EULA and may enforce it against you.

Online duels in Arrow Escape are free and run on our own game server. They need an internet connection and a recent version of the App on both devices. We provide them as is and may change or interrupt them, for example for maintenance. Please play fairly: don't cheat, disrupt other players' duels or interfere with the server; we may block players who do. Each move has a time limit, and when it runs out the App makes a move for you. A duel that is left or disconnected ends and can't be restored.

Online play in Ashen Worlds is part of the Full Game on iPhone, iPad and Android and runs on our own game server. It needs an internet connection and the latest version of the App. We provide it as is and may change or interrupt it, for example for maintenance. Please play fairly: don't cheat, disrupt other players' matches or interfere with the server; we may block players who do. Leaving an online match counts as surrendering, and we can't restore matches that are abandoned or disconnected.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use an App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
